Pour rimmed steel, plastic or fiber drum below hook
- Adaptable to a range of drum sizes and types

Secure Drum with Top-Rim-Clamp (Part # 3540-P)
- Top-Rim-Clamp grips upper rim securely
- Part 3540-P Top Rim Clamp with screw down mechanism
Engage Bottom Rim Foot
- Raise drum slightly
- Extend the Bottom Rim Foot and position under drum
- Bottom Rim Foot is spring loaded to engage the bottom
rim of drum
- Can eliminate the need to clamp anything around the front of a drum
which has appropriate bottom rim
- Use Bottom Rim Foot when tilting or pouring drum with bottom rim
- If drum lacks a bottom rim, place chain around front of drum
when tilting or pouring

- Up to 23.5" (59.7 cm) diameter
- With minimum height of 34" (86.4 cm)
- Move and pour rimmed steel, plastic or fiber drum
- Includes 55-gallon plastic drum and 55-gallon steel drum
- Controlled drum pouring
with 30:1 gear and sprocket ratio. The gears are covered to increase
operator safety.

Model 185R below-hook drum lifting device is shown at left being used
to place a drum onto Model 160 4-Wheel Drum Truck in
horizontal position. It is equipped with
Option X01 Hand Crank with MORStop
Tilt-Brake
to prevent uncontrolled drum rotation.
IMPORTANT
- It is critical to use a model with the correct holder and accessory to lift your drum type and
dimensions.
This below-hook drum lifter complies with ANSI/ASME
B30.20 standard for mechanical, below-the-hook lifting devices as it
applies to the following:
- Rated load markings and unit identification
- Minimum design safety factor of 3, based on yield strength, for
load bearing structural components
- Welding is performed by certified welders who have passed the
ANSI/AWS D14.1 welding qualification test
