Der Lastaufnahmemittel-Fassheber Modell 42 kann 55- und 85-Gallonen-Stahlfässer mit einem Gewicht von bis zu 2000 Pfund heben. Er bietet horizontale und vertikale Kippfunktionen für sicheren Transport und kontrollierte Positionierung. Jedes Gerät wird werksseitig mit 200 % der Kapazität getestet und erfüllt die ANSI/ASME B30.20-Normen; es wird mit einem Lasttestzertifikat geliefert. Ideal für die Handhabung von Fässern in Industrie und Fertigung.

Spezifisch für Modell 42
  • Lift 55 or 85-gallon steel drum using a hoist or crane
  • Two lifting modes for flexible drum handling:
  • Horizontal Mode - lift and transport drum in a fixed horizontal position
  • Off-Vertical Mode – tilt drum to or from upright for controlled positioning
  • Each unit is factory load tested to 200% of rated capacity and ships with a load test certificate

  • Each Morse below-hook drum lifter is load tested and ships with load test certificate
  • Complies with ANSI/ASME B30.20 standard for mechanical, below-the-hook lifting devices as it applies to the following:
  • Rated load markings and unit identification
  • Minimum design safety factor of 3, based on yield strength, for load bearing structural components
  • Welding is performed by certified welders who have passed the ANSI/AWS D14.1 welding qualification test
  • All welding is in accordance with ANSI/AWS D14.1 and ASME BTH-1
  • Comply with ANSI/ASME B30.20 standard. They are ASME BTH-1 DESIGN CATEGORY B and ASME BTH-1 SERVICE CLASS 1.
