Verti-Karrier Lastaufnahmemittel für 55-Gallonen-Fässer

Der Verti-Karrier-Fassheber Modell 90 mit Unterhaken greift aufrechte 55-Gallonen-RIMMED-Stahlfässer (22-22,4" Durchmesser) für sicheres Heben in schwer zugänglichen Bereichen. Der ferngesteuerte Greif- und Auslösemechanismus gewährleistet eine präzise Steuerung. Jedes Gerät wird mit einem Lasttestzertifikat geliefert und erfüllt die ANSI/ASME B30.20-Normen.

  • Alternating Grip and Release Mechanism enables loading drum in or retrieve from hard-to-reach areas
  • Engages under top rim of drum. REQUIRES drum top to be on and secure
  • Lift upright RIMMED 55-Gallon (210 Liter) Steel Drum Gripper
  • Lift ONLY a RIMMED metal drum with 22-1/16" to 22-7/16" (56 to 57 cm) diameter under the top rim
  • Every Morse below-hook drum handler is individually serialized and load tested at the factory at 125% of rated capacity, and ships with load test certificate

  • Complies with ANSI/ASME B30.20 standard for mechanical, below-the-hook lifting devices as it applies to the following:
  • Rated load markings and unit identification
  • Minimum design safety factor of 3, based on yield strength, for load bearing structural components
  • Welding is performed by certified welders who have passed the ANSI/AWS D14.1 welding qualification test
  • All welding is in accordance with ANSI/AWS D14.1 and ASME BTH-1
  • Comply with ANSI/ASME B30.20 standard. They are ASME BTH-1 DESIGN CATEGORY B and ASME BTH-1 SERVICE CLASS 1.
