PailPRO Below-Hook Lifter for 11-15" Diameter Pails
The Morse Model 92-5 PailPRO™ Below-Hook Lifter provides a safe and efficient way to lift upright rimmed pails or cans with your hoist. Designed for 5-gallon (20 liter) steel, plastic, or fiber pails, this lifter grips securely under the top rim of containers measuring 11" to 15" (27.9–38.1 cm) in diameter. The self-adjusting tong-like action engages automatically when the hook is raised, ensuring a reliable hold during lifting. For safety, the pail lid must be on and secure before lifting. Each unit is individually load tested at 125% of rated capacity and ships with a load test certificate. Built to ANSI/ASME B30.20 standards, the Model 92-5 features certified welds and a minimum safety factor of 3, making it a durable, compliant, and dependable lifting solution.

- Lift an upright RIMMED steel, plastic or fiber 5-gallon (20 Liter) can or pail with your hoist
- Lift drum with 11" to 15" (27.9 to 38.1 cm) diameter under top rim
- Drum lid MUST be on and secure
- Self-adjusting tong-like action when you raise the hook
- Every unit is individually load tested at the factory at 125% of rated capacity, and ships with load test certificate
- Morse Below-Hook Drum Lifters comply with ANSI/ASME B30.20 standard for mechanical, below-the-hook lifting devices as it applies to the following:
- Rated load markings and unit identification
- Minimum design safety factor of 3, based on yield strength, for load bearing structural components
- Welding is performed by certified welders who have passed the ANSI/AWS D14.1 welding qualification test
- All welding is in accordance with ANSI/AWS D14.1 and ASME BTH-1
