Explosion-Proof Stationary Drum Roller with 3-Phase 575V 60Hz Motor – Requires Controls and OSHA-Compliant Safety Enclosure
The Morse Model 1-5154-E3-575 is a stationary drum roller equipped with a 3-phase, 575V 60Hz explosion-proof motor. Rated for Class I Group D and Class II Groups F and G, it’s designed for mixing sealed steel drums in hazardous locations. This roller turns a single drum at 20 RPM and handles drum diameters from 6" to 28" and up to 40" tall. Optional kits allow for mixing plastic drums or 1–5 gallon cans. It requires a compatible electric control box and OSHA-compliant safety enclosure with interlock (sold separately) for safe, reliable operation.
