Morse Portable 55-gallon drum mixers have a built-in retractable tipping lever to assist in loading an upright drum, tilt it, and lay it onto the wheels to roll.

Once drum mixing is complete, you can dispense directly into a 5-gallon pail. Roll a drum with a closed faucet in place on the barrel mixer.
