Clamp Collar secures Drum Cone to drum
Fits 17-3/8" (44.1 cm) drum rim outside diameter
IMPORTANT: Remove drum lid. Then measure drum top rim outside diameter WITHOUT lid.
Tighten Clamp Collar around top rim of drum with Cone in place
Tighten Clamp Collar by turning knob on end of threaded rod
On inside of Clamp Collar, sections of rod retain Cone, and sections of angle engage under top rim of drum
