Replace your drum lid with a drum cone to control dumping of DRY MATERIAL from a drum.
Extend reach of pour and greatly reduce dust when discharging dry material.
Select correct drum cone size for each drum diameter.
Centered drum cones.
Asymmetric drum cones with off-center discharge.

Secure Cone to drum with Clamp Collar (sold separately).
Add Valve to start and stop dispensing (slide gate or iris valve with 6" (15.24 cm) opening).
Drum Cone capacity exceeds the capacity of all Morse drum handlers when properly secured to drum.

4556C-P Kit: Bracket for use with Drum Cone attached attached to drum. Prevents drum from slipping length-ways. Adjust for 30"-38" (76.2-96.5 cm) tall drum.
4556CM-P Kit: Bracket with Spark Resistant Parts for drum with Drum Cone. Prevents drum slipping length-ways. Adjust for 30-38" (76-96.5 cm) tall.
4556CSS-P Kit: Stainless Steel Bracket for drum with Drum Cone. Prevents drum from slipping length-ways. Adjust for 30"-38" (76-96.5 cm) tall drum.
IV Iris Valve Kit with aluminum body and 6" (15.24 cm) diameter opening. CUSTOMER to install on valve flange of Drum Cone.
SG Slide Gate Valve Kit with 6" (15.24 cm) diameter opening. CUSTOMER to install on valve flange of Drum Cone. NOT for use w/ extension tube XT.
SG-SS Stainless Steel Slide Gate Kit with 6" (15.24 cm) dia opening. CUSTOMER to install on valve flange of cone. NOT for use w/ extension tube XT-SS.
XT Extension Tube Kit. 5" (12.7 cm) long with 6" (15.24 cm) diameter. CUSTOMER to install ONLY on Iris Valve or Drum Cone valve flange.
XT-SS Stainless Steel Extension Tube Kit. 5" (12.7 cm) long with 6" (15.24 cm) diameter.CUSTOMER to install on Iris Valve of Drum Cone valve flange.
