El elevador de bidones por debajo del gancho modelo 92-30 manipula bidones RIMMED de acero, plástico o fibra de 15-23" de hasta 1000 lb. Sus pinzas autoajustables elevan los bidones verticales de forma segura para su colocación en sobreembalajes o salvamento. Cada unidad se envía con un certificado de prueba de carga y cumple las normas ANSI/ASME B30.20.

  • Lift an upright RIMMED 30 to 55 gallon (114 to 210 Liter) steel, plastic or fiber drum with your hoist
  • Lift drum with 15" to 23" (38.1 to 58.4 cm) diameter under top rim
  • Drum lid MUST be on and secure
  • Self-adjusting tong-like action when you raise the hook
  • Narrow profile drum lifter to enable you to place steel 55-gallon (210 liter) drum into overpack or salvage drum
  • Every unit is individually load tested at the factory at 125% of rated capacity, and ships with load test certificate

  • Each Morse below-hook drum lifter is load tested and ships with load test certificate
  • Complies with ANSI/ASME B30.20 standard for mechanical, below-the-hook lifting devices as it applies to the following:
  • Rated load markings and unit identification
  • Minimum design safety factor of 3, based on yield strength, for load bearing structural components
  • Welding is performed by certified welders who have passed the ANSI/AWS D14.1 welding qualification test
  • All welding is in accordance with ANSI/AWS D14.1 and ASME BTH-1
  • Comply with ANSI/ASME B30.20 standard. They are ASME BTH-1 DESIGN CATEGORY B and ASME BTH-1 SERVICE CLASS 1.
