As we bid farewell to 2024, we also mark a significant milestone at Morse Manufacturing—the retirement of Ralph Phillips, our longtime Marketing Manager and a valued member of the Morse family for 26 years.

Ralph has been a pillar of support for employees, customers, and distributors alike. His deep knowledge of the drum handling industry, willingness to hop on a call to assist anyone in need, and passion for Morse’s mission have made him an invaluable part of our team.

But Ralph’s impact goes far beyond his expertise. His quick wit, good-natured pranks, and ability to bring humor into even the busiest days have left a lasting impression on everyone who’s had the pleasure of working with him. Whether sharing a joke, lightening the mood in a meeting, or pulling off a classic office prank, Ralph’s presence has been truly one of a kind.

Fortunately, this isn’t a full goodbye—Ralph will continue to be part of Morse in a part-time capacity, ensuring that his wealth of knowledge and signature humor remain part of our daily work.
