Celebrating Leadership and Legacy: Nate Andrews Named 2026 MACNY Manufacturers Wall of Fame Inductee

We are proud to announce that Nathan (Nate) Andrews, President of Morse Manufacturing, has been named a 2026 inductee into the MACNY Manufacturers Wall of Fame.

MACNY, The Manufacturers Association, bestows this honor on leaders who demonstrate exceptional commitment to manufacturing and their communities. Nate’s induction recognizes decades of leadership, innovation, and service that have shaped Morse Manufacturing and strengthened Central New York’s manufacturing sector.

Leading Morse Manufacturing Into Its Next Century

As a third‑generation leader, Nate Andrews has guided Morse Manufacturing through a period of growth and modernization. He has done so while preserving the family‑owned values that have defined the company for more than 100 years.

Under Nate’s leadership, Morse Manufacturing has strengthened its position as a global leader in drum handling equipment. The company continues to compete successfully in an increasingly complex international market.

Driving Growth Through Investment and Innovation

Nate spearheaded the purchase and renovation of a 120,000‑square‑foot manufacturing facility, marking the largest investment in the company’s history. This milestone expanded capacity and supported long‑term growth.

He also introduced advanced manufacturing processes, including powder coating and bead blast finishing. These improvements enhanced product quality, efficiency, and consistency across product lines.

Research and development remain central priorities under Nate’s leadership. Morse Manufacturing introduces new products each year and delivers engineered solutions tailored to customer needs.

Expanding Global Reach and Capabilities

Recognizing opportunities beyond the United States, Nate expanded Morse Manufacturing’s dealer network throughout the European Union. He also led initiatives to secure CE certification, ensuring products meet international requirements and customer expectations.

These efforts strengthened the company’s global footprint and positioned Morse for continued international growth.

A People‑First Leadership Approach

Nate leads with an entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset. He invests in employee development and encourages collaboration across all departments.

Through inclusive strategic planning sessions, employees help shape the company’s direction. These efforts reinforce Morse Manufacturing’s core values of family, leadership, safety, and pride.

Commitment to Community and Manufacturing Advocacy

Beyond Morse Manufacturing, Nate plays an active role in advancing the broader manufacturing community. He previously served as Chair of the MACNY Board of Directors and continues to support the organization as a board member.

He also champions Manufacturing Month, opening Morse Manufacturing’s doors to students and educators. These efforts help inspire the next generation of skilled manufacturing professionals.

Nate serves on several professional and nonprofit boards, including CenterState CEO, the Upstate Foundation, the Central New York International Business Alliance, and the Upstate New York District Export Council. He also supports organizations such as Scouting America, the Salvation Army, United Way, and the Rescue Mission.

Honoring a Lasting Impact

MACNY will formally recognize Nate Andrews at its 113th Annual Celebration of Manufacturing on May 21, 2026, at the SRC Arena & Events Center in Syracuse, New York.

We congratulate Nate on this well‑deserved honor and thank him for the leadership, vision, and dedication that continue to shape Morse Manufacturing and the manufacturing community.
