Welds are NOT ground smooth or polished.They make it simple to raise and pour a heavy drum. You control the drum pouring angle and height while you dispense. The compact base and quality components of this stainless steel drum handler make it easy to maneuver. Scale-equipped drum handlers allow you to weigh drum while you pour to dispense precise amounts. No need to take the drum to a separate scale.
