- Welds are NOT ground smooth or polished
- Some parts are NOT stainless, such as ratchet, pawl, chain wheel, pull chain, wheels and hydraulics
- Gears and sprockets are NOT stainless, but are covered with guards
- Hand Pump drum lift, but Pull Chain Loop to turn drum
- Dispense drum at up to 72" (183 cm) high
- NOT for use in hazardous areas
